Setting up Polytoria Creator¶
Polytoria Creator, available for Windows, Mac and Linux, is a tool to make your own places on Polytoria.

A 2-button mouse with a scroll wheel is also recommended.
Launching the Creator¶
- Go to the Create page.
- Click the "Launch Creator" button or the "Edit" button on any place.
- The Launcher will open and perform an update, if necessary.
- The Creator should open and authenticate with Polytoria.
Note: If you haven't downloaded the Launcher yet, you must download it from the Places page.
Coding in the creator¶
To code in Polytoria Creator we recommend you to use a IDE(Integrated Development Envieronment). These are some of the widely used IDEs: Visual Studio Code and Sublime Text, these are examples, you can use whatever IDE you want, even Notepad. After installing, when editing a script, your system will ask where should it open the script file, select the IDE you choose and code!
